2. How do you qualify to become a Partner and earn extra money from tiny house rental?
First of all, the program is available to anyone who meets certain criteria:
- You need to have an acceptable site (one of the units is located on a vineyard in Portland, Oregon, for example);

- Obviously, you would like some extra income with little investment of time and effort.

- The pad for the tiny house should be flat and firm;
- The site should be accessible for delivery (ESCAPE units are delivered by their own trucks);
- The site should have power, water, and septic (preferably).
As a water source, the program mentions that a simple water hose with good pressure is acceptable. Prefab tiny houses can have black and gray water tanks as needed. Make a note that you, as the partner, must have a way of pumping those tanks. Composting or Laveo dry flush toilets are a possibility if your location is a remote wilderness escape.
7. What are your responsibilities as a partner to maintain this Tiny House Trailer?
First of all, you must have an adequate liability insurance. Second, you will be responsible for the unit being kept in proper working order including housekeeping and cleaning, according to standards established by AirBnB, as the units are offered for rent through their website.
8. Can you use the ESCAPE FREE UNIT as your personal tiny house?
The program is very clear that personal use is prohibited unless you book the unit through the online reservation system. If the partner breaks the rules, the program may be immediately terminated and the prefab tiny house will be removed from the partner’s property.
9. How much can you earn from the rental of prefab tiny house?
The revenue will flow through ESCAPE and the partner’s share is 40% minus any booking, credit card, or other fees associated with the direct rental of the unit. Partners are able to access the nightly rentals to see the list of guests. Revenue is distributed on a monthly basis.

Noteworthy, there is no cost to the Partner for any advertising expenses paid by ESCAPE.
11. How long is the Partnership Program?
The FREE UNIT partnership is a 1-year agreement that is evaluated at the end of the term and can be renewed. Depending on how well the rental has performed on your land, ESCAPE may be interested in another year of partnership.

As the first step, you would simply send an email to email@example.com which should include all the relevant information to be considered for the program:
