Crochet Bobble Stitch Diagram

Most importantly, the fabric created in this pattern is reversible. To achieve the desired polka dot effect, you would need to place a bobble stitch (5dctog) in between 2 bobbles of the previous bobble row. In order to do so, your stitch count between the bobbles has to be an odd number (7, 9, or 11, etc). Consequently, the alternating bobble will be exactly in the middle between the other two bobbles – with 5 sc stitches on each side. Consequently, check out this helpful diagram to fully understand to nuts and bolts of the bobble stitch.
